Hiring Process
Stage 1: Review of your resume and Demo Video
We will review your resume and demo video to assess if you meet our qualification criteria for the positions we are hiring you for. If your applications meet our expectations you will be invited to an interview
Stage 2: Academic Interview
You will have to appear for an academic interview. You will be sent a google calendar invite for the same.This interview will most likely happen online on zoom – so please make sure that you have the correct link for the interview, a stable internet connection, functioning webcam / mobile camera and a relatively noiseless background. (If we are unable to hear / see you, we may reject your application – so please test these in advance). In this interview, you will asked a lot of academic questions and we will assess your ability to explain things and verbal communications.
In some cases, you may be invited for an in person interview. Please ensure that you follow the necessary safety protocol regarding sanitization and masks in such a situation.
Stage 3: Fit Interview
In this interview you will be assessed on your fit to the location and the culture of the team and company. This is the final interview and all discussions about expectations both in terms of the job and the compensation will be done here.
Stage 4: Receive Offer Letter and Join
After we review your candidature, we will send you an offer letter if you are a good fit to our expectations. You will be given an offer letter and a joining date (and location in case of offline centres) along with details on the compensation. You will receive your detailed employment or service agreement after you report for your job at the correct time and correct location.
