Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) is a state level engineering entrance exam conducted for admission to various B.Tech programmes offered by the government and private institutions of Karnataka. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will be conducting the KCET 2018 examination on April 18-19, 2018. The exam will be conducted in an offline mode. It will be conducted separately for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology, on two days each having a time duration of 80 minutes.
It must be noted that Horanadu, Gadinadu and Kannadiga category candidates can appear for the KCET 2018 examination in the Kannada language at the Bangalore center only.
Candidates will have to fill the KCET 2018 application form which will be available from the second week of January 2018. The application form must be submitted before the prescribed deadline along with the fees. Candidates must meet the eligibility criterion of the exam before applying for it. The admit card of the exam will be available in an online mode and the result will be available tentatively in the last week of May 2018.
