NEET Application Form – The NEET Application form for 2019 will be available from 1st November 2018. The last date to fill the application form is 30th November 2018. The application fee for the NEET 2019 for the General/ OBC candidates is Rs. 1400 and for the SC/ST/PH candidates is Rs. 750. The candidates have to apply in an online mode. Things required during NEET Application form filling
The following is the list of things required before filling the NEET application form
A valid email ID and mobile number.
Valid Govt Identity Card: All the candidates must keep any one of the following validated government identity ready during application: Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)/Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport number/Ration Card Number/Bank Account Number/Other valid Govt. Identity Card Number
Photograph: A clear scanned recently clicked coloured passport size photograph in a .jpg or .jpeg format must be ready with the candidates. The size of the Photograph should be between 10 to 200 KB and the dimensions 4* 6 inches. The photograph should have a white background and it must have been clicked recently.
Signature: It should be done in a running handwriting on a white paper using a black or blue ball pen. Placing initials or writing full name in the box in capital letters is not acceptable. File size should be between 3KB to 20KB and the required format is JPG.
Debit/ Credit Card/Net Banking: These would be required for making the online payment.

You should click on ‘Proceed to apply online NEET UG 2018’ to register and submit the online NEET application form
New Registration:
Before filling the application form, you must register yourself. The below mentioned are details you must fill in order to register yourself for NEET 2018.

Then click on Next
A preview of the details filled by you will appear, click on next and proceed.
In the next step, you will need to create a password which generates an OTP that is then sent to your mobile. Fill the OTP and the other details, then click on Submit.
This completes the first step. A provisional application number will appear on the screen. You are advised to save this number for future purposes. Also, an option to proceed with the further steps will be available, if you wish to continue, you need to click on ‘Continue’.
Filling NEET Application form
After this, three sections of the application form namely; personal details, selecting the language and selecting the exam centre will appear. (This cannot be edited further, once submitted)
In the next section, you need to enter your Academic Details, Name of School Board, address of the school etc. For the 12th standard, these additional details will be needed: Place of Study, State where class 12th Schooling was completed, District where class 12th school is located, Qualifying Examination Code, Year of Passing and roll number. Also, enter the marks secured in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2. Then click on ‘Next’.
In this section, you are required to provide the residential address, occupation of your parents and whether you wish to wear the dress code prescribed by the NEET UGC, then enter the security pin and click on submit and preview.
Review the NEET Application form – You are advised to review the information entered by you carefully. You can change the information which you want by clicking on the ‘Back Button’ or press ‘Final Submit’ if you are sure with all the details. Once the fee is paid, particulars cannot be edited. Click on Final Submit after reviewing the details.
Uploading Scanned Documents, Signature and Photograph
The next step is to upload the scanned documents, signature and photograph, click on ‘Upload recent Signature and Photograph.
The size of the scanned documents is mentioned above. Click Next, once you have successfully uploaded the scanned documents.
The application number along with the photographs will be displayed on the screen. Then enter the security pin and click on upload.
Making Payment
The next step is to make the payment. There are following modes of Payment; UDI App, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking. The candidates can select the mode as per their convenience and pay the fee. The application fee for the NEET 2017 for the General/ OBC candidates in Rs. 1400 and for the SC/ST/PH candidate it is Rs. 750.

The confirmation page will be generated after providing all the necessary details, the candidates are advised to download the confirmation page for future reference.
Documents to be preserved after registration for NEET 2018
- Confirmation Page of NEET 2018 Registration.
- Proof of the application fee paid. You can save the bank transaction slip or transaction number.
- Copy of the system generated Self Declaration in respect of the candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K who have opted for the seats under the 15 % All India Quota.

For those candidates who do not have internet facility and wish to appear for the NEET examination can do so by visiting the common service centres, set up by the CBSE.
